London Cleaner provides trustworthy and responsible house cleaners. We ensure that the quality of our cleaning remains at a high standard by constant supervision as well as liaisons with our clients.

· All house cleaners are well trained in all aspects of domestic cleaning.
· The domestic cleaners are insured.
· The house cleaners have full checkable references which are available on request.
· Approximately 95 % of our clients have domestic cleaners who are key holders.

A very important part of our vetting procedure is the telephone calls we make to the cleaners current or recent employers, in order to ask specifically about their trustworthiness. Our house cleaners are required to provide proof of address, proof of identity and proof of their emigration status. If they cannot provide bonafide references, we do not offer them work - no exceptions.

London Cleaner makes every effort to let the same house cleaner attend continuously. In the even of a cleaner not attending, we will arrange a replacement immediately.

Domestic Cleaners are available on a one-off, daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
